On the other, it seems we are all navigating a shared, universal, yet predetermined path. Where, when, and how do we find true freedom, and how do we connect with one another? What are the things we must inevitably dare to face, and what are those forces before which even our ultimate courage falls short and yields? These were the core philosophical questions explored by Andro.
This exclusive event is held monthly, dedicated solely to m² residents. m² – Dare to live your life.

Considering current events, doing kindness, showing social responsibility is of high importance. Thus, we have carried a number of charity events during recent months and we are planning on continuing in future. 2021 was started by taking care of others. On behalf of our employees, partners, and residents, we brought happiness to the Tabatadzeebi family with 9 children. We gifted them with a 130 sq.m. apartment in the m² project "m² Chkondideli". Miracles happen when we care for each other. This is the final purpose of the agreement indeed, signed between the "m² Group" and the Tbilisi City Hall. As a result, up to 2,500 affected families will receive their apartments within the agreed deadline. “Today is a great day. I would like to congratulate everyone on this day and wish success. We have worked for a long time to reach this agreement, and we have been able to come to this day. Therein, we had many disappointments, but we did not give up”. We always knew and believed that we could do it. This is the best precedent. Our approach to all the suspended constructions in the city and to the citizens affected by the companies will be similar - we will help everyone to the fullest extent possible, support them to return their houses. In this case, we are talking about 2,500 families. Many of our citizens were moved to foreign countries, where they worked strenuously, tormented to help their children and families. And one day, they realized that they have lost everything, but thanks to our involvement and support of the state, this problem has been solved today. Within three years all will be completely settled, and the affected citizens will have their own houses," - said Kakha Kaladze. In order to complete the constructions, the "m² Group" will undertake the liabilities on constructions of three suspended projects of “Sveti” located in Tbilisi (Mirtskhulava Street No.9-11, Nutsubidze Street No.125A, Chkondideli street No.22).The investment value of the project is 250,000,000 GEL and is fully funded by the "m² Group" and the construction and engineering works of the buildings will be implemented by “BK Construction”, the construction company of "m² Group"."Unaccomplished constructions and thousands of affected families are a serious social problem, both for the city and the country and for every citizen. Therefore, first of all, it is a social project for us. As an investment company, we take responsibility for both the financial and administrative processes. "m² Group" has many years of experience in both construction and development. Various successful projects are associated with our name, and now we are glad that within our public liability we were able to support the city hall and contribute to the well-being of 2,500 affected families. Completing the construction of buildings is the most important process for us. Accordingly, we are fully aware of the commitments undertaken before society and the city. We will spare no effort, actions, and experience to complete all projects successfully to allow all affected citizens to receive their own apartments within the agreed timeframe. Once again we thank the city hall and the initiative group for the expressed trust, I believe in the professionalism of my team and I am sure that the current project will have success for everyone,"- said Irakli Burdiladze.

The development company "m² real estate" has moved to a new phase of service culture and quality in sales. The company has opened the new sales office for loyal and future customers that are fully innovative in functional, technological and service terms, responding to all the demands of the modern person and tailored to his/her lifestyle. The space located at 118, Tsereteli Avenue is a kind of gateway to future development that breaks down hitherto existing ideas and presents the latest real estate sales opportunities. The innovative content of the new sales office is felt from the outside, where you will find the most compact, a 27 sq.m. fully furnished apartment of the company. The construction is allegedly put there with a decorative crane, which can be seen as a symbol of the fact that m² will deliver the apartment to you with a wave of their hand – without extra turmoil and time-wasting. We follow the path and enter the central sales office adapted for any visitor. The interior design and the mood exactly replicate “m²”'s philosophy: it is modern, functionally convenient and equipped with innovative technologies. However, the main thing here is the mood, the attitude towards potential customers, taking care of their comfort and time.Visiting it just once makes it possible for you to own a new apartment within an hour. You will not even have to think much about it, because with the innovative technologies used in the showroom you will accurately create an idea of m²'s latest ambitious plans. In the lobby there stands a model of m³, it is placed on the so-called video wall that lets you track cars and people moving between complexes, players in stadiums or playgrounds. The model will create a mood to see better and to feel where your home is.The new gallery of m², generally in the field of sales, is an example of a revolution that completely breaks old standards and brings a new culture to life thanks to modern technology. Just imagine that you have family, children, which means you need more than one bedroom, a separate kitchen, and other extra space. Also, you prefer a specific floor, entrance, and view. In this case, you will apply the filtering method and only select the apartment that suits your needs. This is where the real magic begins - as soon as you confirm your choice, the windows of your future apartment will illuminate on the model of the complexes placed in the lobby. Then you will be able to determine what view opens up from your apartment, what is the sun's trajectory, and so on.You will pass through a central lobby and you will find yourself on a sort of "floor" where you will find not only natural size models of the apartments but also fully equipped ones. You only have to choose whether at this point you need a 27-square-meter apartment or you are ready to move into a 90-square-meter apartment with your family; here you will also find five types of the renovation made by m²: designers: Muscat, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Ginger or Pistachio. You are not satisfied with the menu listed? Then you have to move to the second floor and enjoy the services of the company's experienced designers, who will show you a great choice of interior materials and in the shortest possible time, they will create a completely new apartment tailored to your needs. After selecting the size and the type of renovation, it is time to purchase it. You will not have to spend too much time and energy on this, as you will get banking and all kinds of legal services on the ground. After that, you may not even think about the apartment for a while, because when the time comes, m² will hand you the keys to the ready-made apartment and you will open the door to a new phase of your life. This is unavoidable, as the impression received in the m² gallery will create you an irrevocable wish to travel till the end of this journey.
